| brisbane bmw sucks big time.. the only time they can fit my car in is on the 25th or the 2nd...so i'm without a ride again for a week... they're the main dealers here with the smallest workshop...its pathetically & utterly ridiculous!! ![]() |

| I have got the best service from any dealer/mechanic from Brisbane BMW.

| I have never experience any trouble with Brisbane BMW. If you are desperate for the car then contact GT motors at Albion They rebuild Ferraris so I think they can work on your BMW they have worked on a few including a turbo 318.

| Go to Brisbane Motor Works at Coorparoo. They are awesome they specialise in BMW. www.brisbanemotorworks.com |

| frankly, i think they quite rude.. i've been there before to get my 2002 looked at, just took one look at it & said it needs a rebuilt....this was 2 years ago & my 02 is still running like a beast! went there to go get some modic tested out when i bought the e36...was charged 50 bucks which i gladly paid & was promised to be called back in regards to a part, he never did..so i think i'll take my business elsewhere where they DO care! consequently i went to trivetts & they scanned my car for free! |

| i agree, brisbane bmw sucks big time!! They have an arrogant attitude i think, me and dad went in there goin to buy a 530i sport and we stood lookin at the car for ages and half an hour later a sales man came and told us would we mind stayin away from the car as a customer wanted to look at it and maybe when we had the money we could come and test drive it!? So we went to motorline straight after and bought one straight away with the sales guy givin us $15K off with high-tech package and everything, and bendin over backwards to do whatever he could. But we have yet to find a good service department for BMW anywhere!! |

| I second the suggestion of Trivetts. Rob Wallace is the name of the Service Manager there and he has never failed to take good care of me and my car. He has serviced my last 3 cars, except I still take th e M3 to Brisbane BMW when I'm feeling rich and silly. Simon.

| I am pleased to see some positive comments about Brisbane BMW's service and staff on this website. However, the negative comments seen here from some, is obviously not pleasing. We are heavily involved and continue to support BMW club members, and pride ourselves in servicing thousands of customers every year. I would like to personally invite any BMW driver/owner who has had a negative experience or comment to make about our dealership's service or sales department to call me directly as I am more than happy to discuss any issues. Martin Roller, Dealer Principal. |

| An excellent proposition and nicely put Martinr. I am happy to see BMW Aust. recognising our club as one of the worlds largest of BMW enthusiasts.

| I have no problems at all with your new car or used car sections..i was attended to in no time at the used sales yard when i was looking for a ride.. when i sent my car there for a problem, they were top notch & even gave me a call the next couple of days to see how everything went.. its just the waiting period to get my car in there...as its un-drivable in its current state.. |
| |||
| As I said, I have had no better service from anyone than I have had from Brisbame BMW. I have made request for car searches when looking for a new car. When I was looking for a 325Ci a few months ago, the sales staff (Both Crawford Pirie and Adam Obrien) were either ringing or emailing me with updates. I also spoke to Motorline BMW at the same time. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I eventually went with the E30 M3, but was more than happy with the way I was treated. I have bought a number of parts from the spare parts department, and have always had my phone or emails replied within the day. Their prices were cheaper than anywhere else I could find on most OEM parts/mods I have purchased for my car. I was quoted the same price for an ///M3 rear bar (including all fittings) that I was for a 2nd hand one form a used parts supplier. If you are not happy with the service you get from anyone, be it a BMW dealer or local garage, go and see them and get it soughted out. Most people in business have the motto "if we don't look after our customers, someone else will". Brisbane BMW are no different. |

| well the matter has been/hopefully been resolved after a phone call from them this morning...beats me how they managed to get my contact...Internet privacy laws at its best.. so i'm just going to leave it as it is... |
