I ordered a custom plate from them a few days ago, and there was no place on the order form to put what plate is supposed to say. So i sent them an email with the details. I have sent them a few different emails to multiple email address's within their company, yet still no one has responded. What kind of an e-commerce business doesn't respond to their emails. Maybe they got my emails and they are processing my order. But I would think they would at least respond back.

I am guessing that their product is very good, I decided to buy from them because I heard so much good stuff about them on here. I just want to know that they recieved my order and are processing it. Also It seems kinda strange that they don't have a phone number on their site.

actually i have had the same problem with that company. they actually ran a group buy on www.vdubaddiction.com and actually refused my order of 35 plates.

Not sure why you're having a problem like that, I have ordered both of my plates from them with no problem, they even rushed my ordered to get it to me on time for Bimmerfest, so as far as customer service goes I give them A+

I have contacted Tyler who owns the company regarding your problem and we'll go from there. This problem could simply be a problem with their email system or etc...

They emailed me back today. I guess they were out of town. So I guess its cool. Can a moderator delete this thread?

Sorry for the problem with the two posters who I have each mailed. I was in Mexico on business that was out of my control and I was located where there was no email cafe's. I hope everyone is taken care of and we are in good standings.
