i f*cked up my headlights tonight

Okay, I bought some ZKWs and PnP adaptors from Umnitza and i was so excited to get them intsalled and see how they looked. I installed them tonight and everything was working fine. I hooked them up before I took out the old lights just to make sure they worked before I went through all the hassle and they worked perfectly. They also worked when I got them into the car. Then I turned the car off, adjusted the height of the beams, closed the hood, started the car up, and get a bunch of errors and no light. The control says that my washer fluid is low, that my coolant level is low and that I have a low beam failure. The only thing I can think of is a fuse. There is a funny clicking noise that sounds like it is coming from behind the speedometer/tachometer whenever i try to turn the lights off. Also, the fog lights don't work but the parking lights do. Anybody have any ideas?!!

first thing i'd do is just plug in the old ones, if it works, then you know there is a problem in the wire harness/lights. if not, check fuses. if those are blown, figure out why. check the new headlights for shorts, check the fuses for correct amperage, etc.
