Got a photo radar ticket in Beaverton, OR.. lawyer advise needed

Does anyone know of a lawyer who's good at getting those photo radar tickets? Unfortunately, it appears that these photo radar counts go on your record like a normal speeding ticket. I was going something like 55 in 35, and the limit fluctuates between 35 and 45 on that road.

There was a Beaverton Police photo radar van camping out and they got me.

I registered here as a lot of people has mentioned Jag Motto, but he's in Seattle. I was hoping someone knew of a good lawyer in Portland area.

I've never had a chargeable ticket before and I'll do whatever I can in my reasonable effort to keep this _completely_ off my record. So, doing traffic school maybe an option, but it still stays on record and I want to save this opportunity for more serious ticket, i.e. something other than a photo radar van speeding ticket.

A photo radar ticket is the same as any other speeding ticket. Sadly I do not have a suggestion as to a good traffic lawyer, the one I used in 04 for a wreckless/speeding ticket was excellent, but when he was my judge on another ticket in 07, he threw the book at me, even with the cop lying about every damn detail of the incident!

How did you let a radar van nail you? They pop up on radar somewhere around half to a whole mile ahead of time, almost all of the known locations are listed on Trapster (if you don't know them yourself anyway..) and they are SUPER easy to spot without electronic assistance!
