just got hit on i-5 in portland.

thats no good are you ok and how bad is the car. getting hit on I5 can be very bad. i had to do a police report today when i saw a pick up truck hit 3 kids on bikes at the same time. the more i drive on track the more scared i become driving on the street

i called the cops the moment it happened and they wouldnt come out. a cop even drove by, gave a thumbs up and kept going. i wanted an officer there to mediate, because even though the guy had all his information he spoke broken english at best, i wanted it on paper that it was his fault. nobody stopped as a witness, hopefully all goes well with the insurance companies, i had a claim # from both mine and his insurance within 30 mins of the accident.

I go into the doctor tomorrow to get checked out, back and neck are killing me right now. i may take the car into a shop for a basic estimate to see what im dealing with and to make sure the insurance doesnt try and screw me over. i have a bad feeling about the car though, there are some ripples on the rear quarter panel at the rear window and the rear doors a small pinch opening and closing.

well, at least i got my speeding ticket reduced, from a class c to a class d traffic infraction, still paying some $ but its not that bad. the officer was more prepared then most i have come across in traffic cases. watch out in delta park area.

Tell me about it, last friday my m3 spun out on the freeway, it was raining like a b*tch and my front end hydroplaned going downhill on the offramp causing the rear end to smash in to the freeway barrier. Its totalled and im wondering how much insurance will give me for it. Its too bad this car was flawless before the accident. If anyone wants to buy my wrecked M3 please let me know. Its an 1999 E36 and i can get more info if somewants it.
