He's pretty spendy but well worth it, he gave me some free advice that got me out of a two or three tickets, never even had to settle up with him. He's a a good all around lawyer, handles many different things.

I heard there is a way to clean your record up completely. My brother has like 19 tickets 5 or more of which are reckless (he has never been to jail smooth talker). Is this a myth or possible because he's paying around $5000$ for insurance. I think paying a lawyer around ten grand is worth it.

Awesome recomendation, a first too. Unfortunately I've got none to add in regards to the Portland/Oregon file.

Anyone know of a good laywer in Portland who deals with accidents? I was hit over 1 year ago and it was completly the other drivers fault. I am having difficulty getting the other party's insurance to respond, to finsih payments for my settlement and physical therapy/medical bills.

Everyone should check this book out, my lawyer recommended it to me to help with small cases, it teaches you good information of how to defend yourself in court without the money for a lawyer:
Traffic Ticket Defense by Mark D. and Chris Sutherland

If you're in the Seattle area use Jag Matto. I have already sent my friend to him. He is worth every dime!

that lists a majority of oregon lawyers. I don't know if that would be helpful or not.

I've already referred a couple people to him...

When I got my ticket in Skagit County, I called Jag right when I got home. I let him know what happened and where. He told me what to do and walked me through everything to make sure I knew what was going on. We then conversed through e-mail which made everything very convenient. Jag made the whole experience very easy and needless to say Jag got me off. All I had to do was a driving course (which was easy)...

IMO, Jag is worth every freaking cent. In the end I did end up spending a little more than the actual ticket, but who cares cause it's not on my record.

If it wasnt for Jag and his expertise I would have two tickets on my record. But with his help it remains clean

I HIGHLY recommend Jag to anyone that has any traffic issues.

Thanks again Jag
