Methanol used to pass emissions?

Wasn't quite sure where to post this, thought this forum was as good as any. And yes, I've searched, but most posts showed injector cleaner and checking sensors was the way to go. I have heard methanol works and works quite well. Has anyone used it to pass? How much did you pay for it.
HC (PPM) Cruise Limit 180
My result: 195--->fail

CO (%) Cruise Limit 1.3
My result: 5.42--->fail


HC (PPM) Idle Limit: 220
My result: 215---->Pass

CO (%) Idle Limit: 1.2
My result: 1.02 ----->Pass

i would certainly hope that this was on the hatch!! I haven't used methonal to pass but based on what it is. it couldn't hurt spending a little bit and giving it a shot.

I used A bottle of octain booster, I had like a quater tank of gas passes with flying colors! ( failed the time before)

Do you know why it failed? (numbers would be nice before and after)

99% isopropal rubbing alcohol works the best, and regular gas, run your tank damn near empty then 2 gallons of 87 and a bottle of 99% and you will not fail.
