I’m currently driving an E34 535. Just out of curiosity, is there anyone else from the Eyer peninsula on this forum?

Where is the best place to get parts for a BMW?

Are there any good wreckers/shops/websites that supply BMW performance/cosmetics (second hand or new)?

I'm also new to the forum, attracted by the 'Australian' contigent.

An Adelaide boy working overseas, with a few old toys.

The other BMW / M-Power websites dont have the Australian chapter facility, so here I am.

Eventually I will have my E24 M635 (Black), my E30 M3 - on of the few BMW UK Dealers RHD converted, (so no hassles with conversions in Australia), and NO, it doesnt make any noticable difference to the 'balance of the car'. Maybe even my 1995 E34 M5 Tourer might sneak in.

As the availability of specialised parts and bits for the M-Powered old beasts is limited in Australia, I am having as much re-building and replacement done before bringing the cars 'home'.

Then I will be looking for track-days and weekend outings.

Schedule is for the later part of this year (2008) once my current contract is completed, then have a few months off.

I am going to have a look around the other forums now.

By the way, I do recognise a particular Black E30 M3 that is now forced-air-inducted on this sie.

Me to from S.A live close to the city, e34 520i, stock except give it a year and it will turn heads, just got clear corners, next are clear side, m5 rears and probably lowering the car.....what brands are good for the e34 5er?? i think the repairers can sort it out as they know most things about the car....

hope to go for a cruise one day!
