Look I really dont give a damn who believes me or not. It mappened, and i loved it. I have the battery, the nos, and system in the back so theres a lot of weight to the rear end. IT actually handles pretty good. I have a wing on it so i know that played a huge role cause of the downforce. w/0 it i could have gone faster but the car would have handled like shit. I got the works when it comes to gauges. From RPM, to oil, to SPeedo. it was on route 30 something. What is so hard to believe about three cars with over 600 hp? THink man they have thoose all over the place. and ya 672hp w/0 nos.

I glance at my rear view mirrow and i see that my freinds must have realized what was goin on cause when there light turned green they flew. Well about two seconds after ther's turned green, it was all systems go for us. On the launch it was me and the porche, the toqrue of my v-8 and the rear engine of the POrche played a huge role. The Supra was about half a car link behind us. Me and the POrche was neck and neck. When i shifted i pulled ahead, but whne those turbos spooled up on the supra and the 911 they caught up. We were all neck and neck with my friends catching up cause they had the green first. We quickly found ourselves on the hightway. At 140 mph me and the supra start to really pull away form the porche. At 160 i was about 1 1/2 car links ahead of the Supra. We then hit the brakes. We get off at the next u turn. We stop at the red light. WE get out of the car and the man with the Sura was pushing 660hp. The porche was pushing 620 hp. I'm pushing 672hp. So after bsing we decide to go for it again. This time my buds are right behind us. This time I pull aways from them both, at 100mph. i was 2 car links ahead and my buds were already passing them. What the Surpa guy didnt say was he had NOS. Well niehter did i. He passed me going at least 150mph. when i hit my 250hot of NOS, IT was good bye to them all. I topped out at 182mph when i hit the brakes.

That was the best race i have ever been in. I gracefully bow to those two works of art, the Supra and the POrche. I would do anything for another race like that

How can we believe this story? It's so out there. You have a Chevy Camaro SS. Unless I am wrong, it uses a 350 CID chevy small block. You have not indicated that you stuffed some Big Block RAT motor in the car. OK, stock the motor puts out 325-350 HP. What did you do to get 672 HP? You added a supercharger? Hearders and exhaust? Bow-Tie (or other) alluminum heads? Cams? Rods? Crank? Bore & Stroke?

I have checked Lingenfelter performance. They are known as a very good tuner. They have an LT1 and LS1 kit for the Camaro.

They punched the LT1 to 383 CID and got " 383 CID M/T 440 BHP / 430 lbs-ft of torque"

The LS1 was better with 427 CID and " 500 BHP / 530 lbs-ft of torque ** **Power figures shown are with exhaust headers,..."

How did you manage to get 672 HP? Tell us your secret? I think it is possible to do so, but doing so makes the car a race car and not street drivable. You cannot take the motors above and add a supercharger or NOS as they (motors) are tweaked to the max. Adding either will sacrifice what reliability is still left in those motors.

Wait Lingenfelter got 650 HP out of a C5 Vette by adding twin turbos.

Is that what you have? And you you have an added 250 shot of NOS on top of that? 672 + 250 = 922. You are pushing 922 HP on NOS? What bolts are you using to hold this motor together? Do you work for NASA and picked up some un-used Space Shuttle bolts laying around? Do use have a secret supply of Unabtaneium Alloy that you used to make these bolts? I guess you used the same Unabtaneium to cast the block, heads, crank, rods and pistons.

So let me get this strait. You just so happen to be at a traffic light with 3 lanes and with 2 other 600 HP cars. Not only that but after the light you had enough of straight to do 150+ MPH. Just by sheer luke, not planned? I can count maybe a half dozen traffic lights with 3 lanes here where I live. None with enough room to do 150+ MPH. I know of a few cars that makes about 600 HP or more. Never met 2 of them side by side at a red light with and extra lane for me (how lucky) on the street. Does this seem unbelievable yet?

Where do you live? Do you live in the grass infield of Indy? I know of very very few cars that have this type of hp. The ones that do, are not street driven. Does anyone here on this forum now of all these 600+ HP cars? WAIT WAIT WAIT, HOW STUPID OF ME. I totally forgot about it. THE STICKERS. YES THE STICKERS. Those stickers on cars are worth a minimum of 25 HP each, some of the larger ones can get you 50 - 75 extra HP. I know of a few civics pushing 2000+ HP. I am sorry man. I kept rambling all this time and I forgot about the STICKERS. Yes, I believe you now. Why did you not say so. You had everyone on this forum so fooled. You killed these cars. And although your friends were "down" because they lost there races earlier that night (you need/could not), they added some extra stickers after the losses and then were able to pass the two other 600+ cars even though they (friends) started 2 traffic lights back. They did not gain on you though.

Maybe if he was on a Ford Forum and wanted to talk shit to them, but not here. At least thats what I htink, Am I naive? doubt it. hey Camaross, dont trip.
