I have problems

I have problems with bmw 120i. while sharp turning at low speed, mainly in irregular ground, there´s a knocking noise coming from steering column or box, I can´t say. My hands feel steering wheel knocking too.
Have any experienced same problem?

have you check the steering box lately, maybe it is a loose bearing.
