It's a JDM plate mount, it stays at the same angle all the time. In Japan they have speed cameras that take shots of your front plate, the angled mount makes it difficult to take photos of the plate.

Those are some sweet ass toys. I'm liking the Rocker C, that bike looks freaking awesome and the color is sweet. Oh, and the STi is pretty cool too, lol.
