Very good car for the track.
I know Manthey Racing. Last week I was there.
At the ring there are a lot of Porsches.

Not to completely side-track this thread, but there is an interesting discussion on Rennlist about whether or not the new 997 RS deserves the RS badging: Rennlist Discussion Forums - Strip 237 pounds off an RS! ... end up with a 3014 pound car

The 997RS is an exceptionally capable car... and it's the 2nd of the digital GT3s It's safer, slightly heavier and fractionally quicker (thank traction control and electronic suspension) BUT imho the visceral and raw thrills of the analogue Mk1 GT3 have been lost. (they were partially lost in the Mk2 edition when it switched to an electronic throttle) I guess it's a bit like the transition from E30 -> E36 -> E46!

Nice rides. As for the link James, I do not think the 997 is worth of RS badging.

I don't know, I can see where people are coming from that the car should of been lighter and had a little more horsepower. However, I think Porsche knows better than any of us what car deserves the RS badge and which one doesn't. That being said if I had to choose between a GT3 or GT3 RS I think I might have to go just straight GT3.
