Hmm, I've actually seen that yellow Evo around here, although I can't verify if this video was filmed in Fargo. (I live in Fargo.) They seem to always travel in packs with other Evo's and STI's, and then go out hunting for trouble.

Nice video, I thought STi's are faster then Evo's... this might be a stupid comment but I don't know what the ACT 2600 and the S-AFC II are, so maybe that is the difference

stock they are slightly faster, not all that much. ACT 2600 is a type of clutch, S-AFC is a Air/fuel controller.
