Rear Shocks advise!

Hey people!
Just a quick question..

My rear shocks are almost gone, and i was wondering if anybody could recommend any descent shocks which arent tooooo expensive!

Put some bilstein Blacks in and forget about it. Replace the strut top mounts and gaskets aswell otherwise you are wasting your time.
Sydney Shock Absorbers are the distributor. They are the best to get them from as you will have no problems.

Yeah ive been strongly considering Bilstein as i hear they are the best in town! Thanks for the advise.

Just get the blacks I have both (Yellows H/D in the is and Blacks in the i)
You will regret getting the yellow ones unless your a VERY enthusiastic driver especiallly if you drive the car everyday.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah today i went to MH Auto care (In Sydney, Waitara may have heard of it) they seem to specialise in E30's. They recommend a german brand "sax" something along the lines of that. $140 each for the rears.

depends on ur ride... do u want a sporty drive or factory ride??
commodre rear springs fit the E30 i had kings 46SSSSL like their super lows in mine for a bit with bilstein sport shocks... SAX is a great brand but i thought they were english company... but matt up there knows his stuff....
There is also another trick with shocks Commodore VT ute/wagon with IRS fit out cars but note they are a shorter shock...so u`ll need a firmer spring to match..
i`m changing to R32? or R34? skyline GTST rears ...with the semi coilover kit i`m running... i cant wait to test it on the track!

Has your 325iS been at MH recently??
I went with the Sax shocks awhile back, looking into finding some nice wheels for a descent price!! they are all SO expensive (being only 18 i cant afford the wheels that i really want:P), then i plan to get some H&R springs.

Oh ok cool cool, ill keep an eye out for your E30!!
yeah matt and the guys there at MH are really great. Really know their stuff too. My mum lives down the road from them so very convenient when i get work done to the E30!
