electical help needed

hey guys
im after a bmw auto electritian that will be able to wire up my fuse box. need to swap my 323 e30 box with the 325 box. they have different harnesses and connectors.
does anyone know someone? preferably to do the work at my house cause car is not going anywhere and towing is too difficult to get into driveway

That sounds like a nasty job How much different are the looms???Are they from different years?

yea its really shit!!!
my old engine is 323i 1985 and the new one is 325i 89. they dont look too different..... like pretty sure by looking fuses are excactly same layout but the new engine has one different plug and loom (big black plug connected against the fire wall). the old engine has a different distributor set up.

Im pretty sure you dont need to swap the fuse box over. anf your talking about the c101 connector. ill find out for you

if you car is running l-jetronic you are correct and will need to change the fuse box's over if you want to run motronic. if you want to keep it witht he dizzy in the smae place you wont have to change the fuse box.

yea i want to use the motronic computer! better.
i did a google search on the c101 connector and few things poped up. seems like lot of people hav had the same problem on other forums..... but they didn't say how to fix the problem..... idiots! it looks like you can disconnect it from the 325i fuse box and just rewire it to the car on the original fuse box but not sure the the wires connect....... hate electricals!!!!
