BMW Club of NSW Show - 16th Sept, 2007

Hey,
Just wondering if anyone is aware of this or anyone on here going?

Anyway, got a card from Parramatta Prestige the other week. Details are as follows for anyone interested.

BMW Drives Club Annual Show and Shine

When: Sunday 16th September 2007

Time: 10am - 4pm

Venue: Silverwater Park (Silverwater Rd, Silverwater - under Silverwater Bridge)

DPE330 said that there will be over 80 cars.
should be pretty good, providing the weather is decent.

meh, wasn't anything special IMO.
The M3s we drove down in were much better than the M3s that were actually on show!!

Fav Cars:
- 2002 Turbo - that was mint
- 1999 M Coupe with some 7,000kms (basically new)
- Silvery/bronze E30 318 with the numberplates MK 318I or something like that
- The Vantage and the Cayman S were nice too

I was there today. It's boring this year. Nothing special & attractive. The cars are not as many & as good as last 2 years. The most beautiful car in the show is not a BMW. It's a Aston Martin.

I say we should have our own meet/show at Heritage Park, Castle Hill.
There was a VW show there on sunday aswell, it's a pretty good spot.
Very private venue with heaps of shade!

i didnt end up going, had other things to attend to.

The only problem with us having our own kind of show is how many people will actually show up?

yeah, i guess i really meant a meet up rather than a show as such.
if anyone's interested, lets organise something. probably saturday/sunday.....

Besides that white 2002 turbo I didn't really find the show that interesting. The last one was definately better.
