Where to get windows tinted?

Hi all

I'm in Sydney and I need my windows retinted as the old tinit is starting to lift.

Where are some good places?

I live in the Balmain area and work in Rockdale so if you know places around there (roughly) that would be great.

Secondly do you think I wiuld get a cheaper quote from them if I removed the old tint myself? - What would it cost?

i got my tint done by a guy at bayview, he travels though if you need him to i think... he works for solar tint (they have the lifetime warranty), and it cost around $280 from memory

your better off just leaving the tint on and letting them take it off, it'll easier and if they stuff up its there problem especially on the rear window with the de-mister. usual price is around the $280 mark.

How dark you looking at getting?

I used a guy called Zac to retint all my windows. He'll travel to you, and I think it was around $250ish for the whole car. You can call him on 0414 494 741

can't remember what the guy's name is, but the number is 0419255018

he works from artarmon i THINK sometimes, but i called him on a day at home, so he did the tinting from his home, which was why it was at bayview, and only took a short time to do while i waited, and came with a lifetime warranty

just call him and ask for one of his home days and you should be right

i think solar tint has some 28 branches, so no doubt one would be close?
