New Crib!!!

What's up guys? Haven't been here for a long time. My wife and I just moved into our new home that took ages to get. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, with pool, programmable security system, programmable irrigation system, programmable pool system, central airconditioning and best of all, it's situated in such a serene neighborhood and gives a nice ranch like country ambiance. Living area is 1940 sq. feet while the entire lot is 8160 sq ft. A nice corner lot which I have been dying to look for since I hate neighbors, LOL! J/K. Very well landscaped, tons of mature trees abound the entire lot, the previous owners also gave up a lot of their plants and flowers.

Anyway, here's a few pics:

Hey Brandon! what's up bro? I'm located in McAllen Texas and it looks like I'm gonna be situated here for a while.

Got some of the furniture in yesterday but the electricity got cut off as of Monday and should be turned on hopefully today.

More pics coming once I get my polarizer for my D80. Everything here is too bright.

I got a little one on the way too due late June.

My wife is actually 8 months preggy in the corona pic. How's the E46 man?

First of all Congrats on your soon to be baby. Is it a boy or girl? Do you know?

Yeah, Seems like alot has changed. I think the next cool new mods for old DTMers like us is the " Baby Mod "

The E46 is running fine engine wise. Has 125k now and still pulling strong.
Few things, my interior is starting to come apart, 2 window regulators needs to be replaced, I need new carpets and my driver seat is ripped in the middle because of my skinny butt.

BTW, do you know any inexpensive quality BMW shops around your area? This is probably the only thing that's holding me back from getting another modded E36. Down here we only have the money hungry BMW dealers to deal with.

There's a few shops around where I work. I havne't had any personal experience with them because I live so far and difficult to make time to get my car repaired. I've been doing mostly everything myself when I have time. I can get you the names if you want, but like i said I haven't had any experience with them.
