| I would have kicked that kids ass. I hope something good happens for you. There is an E36 M3 sedan, Hellrot on Black leather by my house for 12800 with 98k. I'll find the number if you want it. Feel better and be glad it wasnt worse on your body! Cars are replaceable you my friend (on the internet) are not!

| Man that blows! Your car was clean. I'd be prepared to fight the insurance company for the settlement amount. I had to fight when I totalled my ti, they tried to give me $6500 and said since I never had it appraised with the M3 conversion complete, they would only base the settlement on a stock 318ti. After a stack of cars.com, autotrader.com and various other examples that mached my car did they finally cave and give me $10,500 (since that seemed to be what a 318ti in the same condition as mine would have cost.) Don't give in, and if you ever see that guy again, run him over for me.

| And when you run him over, I recommend using HIS girlfriend's new car. That really sucks man. Glad you're okay though.

| Horrible. It drives me insane to hear stuff like this. That was a HUGE hit and the scumbag was too chicken to take responsibility for himself. Glad youre ok, but man I don't know how you restrained yourself! |

| Aaron, Chris and I are sitting here looking at those pics with horror, and we care about one thing - That fact that you sound OK. The guy who hit you sounds like a real piece of garbage and will certainly get his, and the car is a tragedy, but all that matters is that you walked away without serious injury. -Seriously dude, I know it's hard but since current laws do not allow you to bitchslap that worthless fuck the best you can do is put your head down and bull your way through whatever bullshit the insurance company is going to throw your way. I'm glad you're OK man! - CMT

| Thanks everyone, I am glad to be OK, as things certainly could have been worse. Also, I keep wondering to myself how I did managed to keep such composure at the time of the accident. I guess it took just long enough for the realization to set in. What kills me the most about all this is the timing, I am closing on a house at the end of the month and really didn't need all this BS to deal with... Also, I figure the insurance company won't appreciate any aftermarket parts on the car quite as much as I did, so I plan on making a trip down to the garage either today or tomorrow to remove/replace whatever I can back to OEM. With that in mind, I can probably salvage the following parts: -2 Kenwood Excelon amplifiers (will have to get exact specifications) -10 disc Sony CD changer with matching AM/FM/Cassete head unit/controller -Passenger side ZKW headlight -Prolumen 4100k HID kit (Possibly minus one bulb) -Euro style tail lights -Active Autowerkes Level I kit (3.5" CAI, 3.5" HFM, software) -Active Autowerkes Track Pipe (Is in excellent condition, but I would need a stock midsection to swap onto the car for the insurance company) -AC Schnitzer (red) adjustable sway bars (front and rear) -Remus Exhaust (Twin 90mm tip version, still functional but has some mileage on it. Again, I would probably need a stock or comparable exhaust to swap onto the car) -Great Lakes Brake kit (Front/rear Brembo blanks, pads, fluid, still in boxes) I may be forgetting some things, but certainly let me know if there is any interest on the more difficult to remove parts (exhaust, etc).

| Aaron, I have a stock exhaust I'd give you. I'm down in the CT area that you described relatively frequently as my girlfriend lives off of exit 16 on 84. I also have two stock headlights and a bunch of misc other stuff. I'll look as to what exactly I have.
