Last weekend there was the first test runs for the VLN at the Ring.
I took some pics (135) from the pitlane with some nice cars.

Yes, is the BF Goodrich Langstreckenstreckenmeisterschaft Nurburgring.

They are driving the 1000km race and the 24h race.

The car is an M3 GTR with V8 engine from Johannes Scheid.

I don't have any videos with soundfiles, but next month
is the 24h race at the Nurburgring.
Then I will take my digicam to make a movie:-)

There many nice cars to the race.
The new Gumpert Apollo, driver Heinz Harald Frentzen, Ex formula 1 driver.
The new Audi R8 with 520HP, Lamborghini, new Corvette, Aston Martin and many more nice, powerful cars.

VLN is a Cup @ Nordschleife.
They only drive there.
There are 10 races each year.
Each race is 4 hours long.
They drive GP-Track + Nordschleife
up to 210 cars

The Blue BMW is the "Eifelblitz" by Johannes Scheid
Self build in his double-garage.
btw. its not an GTR he builds the car without help from BMW.
The engine is an modified from an 740 limousine.

Kit was built by Flossmann.

Gut gut ich nehme alles zurück, aber der Motor is aber echt ausnem 7'er.
Aber kann das sein das du fast der einzige Deutsche bist der hier regelmäßig postet ??
