| 3.5 seconds is a lot to find on the track...especially if you were running as good as you said you were. I recently was asked to drive in an ITS 325is for the 12hours at Summit Point and I can only say that these cars are a blast to drive if they are set up correctly. John Wise set ours up and it handled fantastically. We finished 2nd in class and didnt even push the motor to its 6,700 rpm redline...always shifting at 6k. I cant wait to drive again for the 13hrs of VIR! Slap on some race springs, they will help!

| the race springs (nasa's spec e30) are already on. i know 3.5 sec is a long time here at portland with all 12 turns its roughly 2 mph ave higher. i belive with shaved RA1's being 120 lbs lighter the race springs and haveing roughly 20-30 more hp when im at 9.5-1 compresion instead of 8.5-1( motor has 306k on it) i should be able to ave 2mph higher per lap

| darn neons getting in the way around the corners. my tired eta just cant quite hang with them down the straights, that will change with the new motor for next year. and disconecting the atmosphere pressure sensor.

| all the races have been with out the seat in. the last race was a fundraiser race for the local chiderens hospital so i had to put the seat in for lunch time on both days so i could give rides to people that donated money for a ride. when i drive it on the street i usually have the seat in so the police dont bother me as much since the car is still street legal. and i drive it more often then i should for being my race car.

| MySpace newest pic of car with more yellow. with the spec e30 springs on and shaved ra1's that have 15 heat cylces im now only 2 seconds off the the front. things to do to get there; rebuild diff so it does not open on important turns(on to the straights), spec e30 shocks and rebuilt motor (20 more hp) and of course what ever the tire of choice is for the year like a hoosier or khumo .
