| Deep, I can use any brand, but so far the other brands I used doesn't work, the circuit just looks like the one in your picture with 3km and I'm not using tyre warmers, so I don't know what other brand would be good as dunlop. |

| That's exactly what I'm looking for, something that reaches operational temps quickly. add to your information that we will use them in Jordan, for circuit speed test and Rumman hill climping. |

| Hoosier's A (autocross) series heat up really quickly, and stick very good, but at the cost of durability. Hoosier's R series are for roadracing and heat up slower but can take long and hot cornering like at a large circut, and are better for heavier cars. Toyo's RA-1 takes a lap or two to build up some heat, and lasts a little longer than most slicks, at some expense of ultimate grip. Havn't tried BFG's R1 yet, might be my next tire.

| TOYO RA-1 tyres have been proven to be uselss in autox circuits; ideal for track days. Reason is what you said; they take long to heat up. 78scorpio: I didn't notice you from the ME bro. I'm Jordanian myself living in the UAE. What motorsports are you doing? Last edited by deep throat : 05-09-2007 at 03:54 AM. |
