| Prospective Business Idea - Interest in Car / Trailer Storage at Road Atlanta Many neighborhoods (not to mention many SOs) restrict us or frown upon the storage of large trailers or race cars outside your house. Because of this, I've been contemplating a business idea that entails car and trailer storage at Road Atlanta. I've setup a poll at my prospective business's homepage. I would greatly appreciate you filling out the poll honestly. If there is enough interest, I'll create a second questioner with greater detail and the possibility of a prospectus and eventual meeting for determining real contractual interest. http://www.blacklionmotorsports.com/ Thanks for your time! Please spread this around to other forums you may be on (especially BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Ferrari, SCCA, NASA, BMW CCA, etc. sites). Randall Prince |

| In order to get a real idea of what people would pay, I would have them to enter a number instead of selecting one. Of course people will choose the lowest option if they think it's possibility for them to rent at that rate.

| I was going to mention that. Tracks are for the most part, MILES away from civilization...though some shops are close to tracks, they have their own space for trailers. Another side note: Most tracks already have this system in place, you can rent out garage spaces to keep your car indoors. It would be a much better idea to buy a giant lot and rent parking "lots" for trailers/cars in them near a metropolitan center, suburbs or even within a city. Again this doesnt sound like a good idea considering that for the most part...cars are always being worked on. Plus, size does matter when considering the capacity of the lot, effectively limiting your revenue regarding available space for trailer parking. Say a lot has enough SAFE space for 10 trailers, you are making X amount a month per trailer...minus the monthly costs of the lot itself, final. No more spaces for trailers. Now you must buy another lot to house more trailers/cars.

| A more lucrative item would be a luxury car storage center in or near a major city. If you could hop on a train and get to your car that would sell. Think of a place that has 24/7 manned security, heat and A/C, a good detailer and a good mechanic. Like this place in NY. BMC
