| Enkei Motorsport Wheels - Sweet race/track setup! Alright, so as my project E46 M3 continues, I am finalizing the parts and what to order, and i'm going through wheels/tires, and I came across some Sick Enkei Racing Series wheels, and did some research, here is what i found. I'm planning on getting the Enkei NT03+M's from Brad @ Evosport. I've researched them a bit, and they definitely are the wheel I am choosing for my SuperMod E46 M3 club racer project (www.jaffster.com) Enkei makes some really high end motorsport wheels, centerlocks and all. They do work with Mclaren F1, and are an industry leading wheel manufacturer for many motorsport teams as my research has shown. I've found that they/evosport have 18x10 et25 (like bbs), for $375. You can see the details at http://enkei.com/RacingSeriesSpecs/NTO3+M.html Also available is 18x8.5 front and 18x10 rear option for staggered setups. The 18x8.5's are $350. Also note that CCA/racer special pricing is available direct from Evosport, so contact them directly for the best deal possible, and to make sure you will get what you need. From what I found, Evosport is using them on one of their own race cars as well, so they like them enough to use them on thier own cars. I also recently got the Sept "European Car" in the mail, and see Brad has the Enkei RPF1 on his M-Roadster, pretty sweet looking! I'm psyched about these wheels, b/c they are light, strong, and will fit my budget easily (will allow for other extra goodies). Oh yea, and they are dual stem, so nitrogen filling can be done very accurately/precisely. If you are interested contact Brad@evosport 714.901.3100 brad@evosport.com. If you want to name drop, say you read about them from Steve J., might help get the hookup price for racers/cca members. ![]() |

| Cool, thanks, me either ![]() It's going to be closer to a tube frame than a cage, but i'll still call it a cage ![]() Custom fuel cell should arrive soon, so I can start making the bracing structure. Ordered some other misc parts, just to take up some time while I am swiss cheesing the chassis. Target is 2550 wet with driver Using stock F/R bumpers/fenders. |
