e30 or e36 325is

I'm looking for a pretty much dedicated track car, maybe it will see some street use. Which chassis is better for the track? This might be a dumb question but what are some sites to find normal maintenance parts for these cars (brake pads, rotors, etc...)

which is better depends on your style. I've had both and I miss my E30 like crazy. E36 has less feedback, but is easier to get parts for these days.

Im biased, an E36 guy. www.bavauto.com has lotsa parts.

e36s are heavy and their rear suspension geometry isn't as nice. the only thing better about them is the motor, which doesn't make alot of power in 325i form.

I have raced my e30 for 5 years and am very biased.
