1/4 mile times?

i cant wait till the 1/4 opens my e30 feels so mush faster then the e36 so i might be able to get a 15.5 or a bit faster out of my E

I want someone to tell me how to launch my e46 m3. Just did an intake and cat back. First gear won't grab at all, and second slips most of the way til third. But I don't want to slip through 1st and 2nd and then let 3rd hit, so do I?

ive never driven an e46 m3 on the drag strip but my mustang has more traction problems then an e46 m3 would have. probly launch from about 1800-2000 my mustang i launch from 1200. slip the clutch just a little tiny bit in first. the shift to 2 pretend you driving normall then hammer it once your all the way engaged in second gear. in other word do not speed or power shift in to second. once your in second gear i dont think youll have enough power to roust them if you dont break them loose in the shift.

Around 1800-2000 rpm.. then just have to feel it out.. practice makes perfect..
