ellipsoid headlights

i have a set of european depo ellipsoid headlights for sale. the headlights did not work when i bought them off of ebay, so i had to do some custom work. there are problems with the lights and would be a little project. they come very cheap and i can email pix..looking to get $50 plus shipping.

What kind of problems? I am all about getting these!! Just wondering what it would take? are the halo rings burnt out,glass cracked, etc. thanks, zach!
