How not to act at a DE

Hey Guys,

I realize we are not really suppose to link to other forums (especially Bfc), but I felt compelled to share this. Too many people don't take DE's seriously and put others at risk. Well this clown here in Georgia totally owned himself by posting a video of him passing during a parade lap. What he didn't realize is that the instructors from the school read the board and he has now been banned from most South Eastern DE's held by the BMWCCA. No problem palindrome. It's a Drivers Education event. Generally, at least at the Porsche DE events, there are 5 groups. The least experienced drivers are in group 1 & 2. The events are designed to give drivers track time and to work on their performance driving. They are controlled events, with limited passing rights given to the lower groups. Passing is allowed only when the driver being overtaken gives you the "ok to pass" signal by putting his arm out of the window and pointing to the side of his car that he wants you to pass on. They are a great place to get seat time and drive you car at speed. BTW, interesting seeing you here!
