| Are there any nearby tracks in the maryland area that you can take your car on? I just got a new 325i with sports package and would like to test it out. Also, ignoring damage to the tires, is taking my car out on the track for a few days going to do much considerable damage to the car? Can you buy used, worn down tires, to take on the track with you? |

| Summit Point is as said the closest to us folks in MD. Car Guys is having a DE there in a month or so i believe. You wont be able to "just take" your car out on a track. You will have to pay 200-400 bux for a school...and have instructors sit with you. Another option is to do a FATT (friday at the track) day. Your tires will take a beating...more over your brakes will get destroyed, depends on the driving that takes place. Insurance wont cover anything that happens at the track

| Actually, a lot of insurance companies cover damage if its a pure Driviers Education school. These can also be used to get insurance reduced if its a school thats certified in training. They have an event in a month, dman thats going to be COLD! |
