| This has to be the funniest thread I ever read. All for a DE.
DEs generally do not teach the racing line but concentrate on the 'party line'.
Once you get that down then it's time to work on other lines.
The racing line is anywhere and everywhere except in a DE event.
As far as your line
4) way early
entry to the uphill esses, wrong side BTDT
14) way early
Pretty much you are early for most of the turns.
Someone with little or no track experience is going to be in a novice run group.
There is no shame in not knowing the line. You are there to learn it. And what works for one car may not work for another. Course layouts are not always accurate and camber changes can play a role in your line. People get pissed once you move to higher run groups and are not consistent, particularly in your braking. Some people brake way to early in the more advanced groups. I don't get it. People get pissed when you don't watch your mirrors or don't bother lifting. People get pissed when egos are not left at the gate. No one gets pissed when someone is driving within their comfort level and being mindful of traffic behind them.
