Yea I know some of you are. Everyone I know won't ever let this down. The reason being is becuase I do have a good sense of humor about it. This is not something I would ever do, so the situation is funny to some, including me. It takes more effort to be angry anyways.

its good to laugh at yourself, trust me man everyone has been in a situation like yours. (maybe not wrecking an e46!, but a shitty situation none the less) its part of life. just learn from it and don't make the same mistake twice. god i sound like a parent or something!

Well are we talking be able to hang with them in a straight line?

Because an F40GTE(sequential version of LM, slight differences due to class specs) will BLOW away an E36 m3, even if it had 700hp if it has a half decent driver in both cars.

Figure I was beating Lambo Diablo GTR's at Pocono...and I only have 275hp 2.5L I6

Have you had a chance to get to limerock or another more technical track, has the car been to watking glen, it should be fun there.

Haha I just watched that f40 video...so much time/money into the car and you can't get a $50 cameramount lol. I cant believe they actually let you hold a camera while running...sketchy. Man it looks like they are babying those f40's...maybe 50% of their actual potential

it's a DE enviroment most likely so the goal is not to really puch the car if one doesn't want to...likewise goes for the ferrari driver's I'm sure...

in terms of FI or NA...nobody is running a turbo in BMW CCA's series, and unlikely in SCCA and/ or NASA's GTS Challenge series (on an E36 chassis anyhow) also...if Dado's car is up to the task than it'll be watched closely to see how the car stacks up to other faster car's within it's class. One things for sure, power on a racetrack is not nearly the only thing that determines wins...in competition there are SO many more factors...unless you have raced before (not DE's) your not likely to have a complete picture but it's much different out there in competition.

another piont to remmember: As John M. pointed out...read your sanctioning body's rule book before you commit to a car for a series...keep an open mind and never stop learning...each time you take to the grid...
