Got front spacers, car now feels weird

I wanted to push my front wheels out a bit more since my flared fenders let me and I was rubbing in the inside. Since this is only on my everyday street tires, I just did it for the looks. I pushed the wheels out with a 1/2 spacer on each side. I dont know if it is me or not but the car does not enter into corners as easily. There is not much of a difference, but I can feel it. Is this supposed to happen if front wheels are pushed out?

Putting the wheels out further will cause more leverage on the lower control arm causing the car to dive more. It may or may not have changed your alignment settings. Have the car re-aligned and see if that helps.

It also could be that the tires are harder to turn just because the centerline of the wheel is further away from the lower ball joint, just more force needed to turn the wheels in this wider arc.

A theory, but I am thinking out loud.

yah, you upped your scrub radius. basically what he said. you're weight jacking more. it's somewhat similar to dialing more camber. there's also a bigger moment arm and thus more self-correcting torque.
