| Real World Truth On Scales.... I'm looking for some first hand experience. When I was looking at purchasing some scales to setup my little orange car with so I wouldn't have to drive 1.5 hours to borrow my friends, I cam across two types of scales. The longacre digial read out scales and the sprint car racer mechanical ratio scale. I don't know if you've seen them but it's basically a reduction lever to apply only like 1/4 of the wheel weight to a bathroom scale. Hypothetically they should work although kind of jerry rigged. Does anyone have any first hand experience with these? They're substantially less than the longacre units and mathematically are sound.
