Whos Brant, is that who chuck uses for the cage?

I think chuck is still getting the car ready for the cage build, and the engine is pulled i think. Should be a cool little project But I personally would have just put that money into the ltw and make it a competitive cm car

Brandt and Chuck are a team...they often consult each other and do work together.

As for right now, I am shooting for April 16-18 at VIR as my season opening club race. I'm instructing at the Car Guys DE (Summit Point) and the Mazda Driver's DE (VIR North) both in March to get some seat time before the club race at VIR in April. I am sure the DTM Race crew and team will be there for the DEs and club races and at this point the participation of the other two cars in the club races are contingent on a few factors yet to be determined. Regardless our plan is to learn and have fun this season, I'm sure I can count on the team's support even if I am the sole representative on the grid on race day.

But what does Brandt do, he does not work in chucks shop at his home, right? Is he the guy at the dyno shop or something? WHat do they consult about?

Brant and Chuck both worked as lead techs at dupont. If im not mistaken they met there and have worked together since. I am pretty sure that Chuck does not work out of his house. Brant does. Chuck might occasionally bring cars over to Brant's to get work done. When we got Sunir's car worked on we brought it straight to Brant in baltimore. Chuck helped us with a lot of things as well but still down in Baltimore.
What area did you bring it to?

I am pretty sure Chuck works out of his house/garage. Because he built my race engine And did the recent bosch ecu swap and dyno tuning in PA. And I also know someone who works with him sometimes, so I am pretty sure he does

Yeah if you took the car up to PA then thats definately Chuck. I've never been up to Chuck's so I'm sure your right. Brant works out of Baltimore while Chuck works out of PA.

Haha Yea I know who chuck is, I dealt with him for about 2 months when he was doing the work to my car...mcmillan built the car for 2000 with a very powerful 3.2 euro, and in 2001 it had a stickley 2.5wc engine slapped in. For 03 (4 races) it was fully rebuilt. Chuck uses another shop for the dyno/engine tuning (cyntex). Chuck works alone, though other then some help from a youngen from nj

That youngen would be me. I've been there every day this week taking wires out, fitting thr doors, pulling the motor out of the DM car so it can go out for the cage on Monday. Should be a killer car when finished in April.

Chuck is working on the car and he works out of his garage. I want the car to be DM because I already have a CM car (my e46 m3). Eventually that will be CM and I can also have the DM. Jared will drive the ltw euro and have fun w/ that.

Sunir, VIR is going to be my first race also. Just trying to get everything done on the car, it's about to go to the cage shop
