STX or B Stock

i have an '89 M3 with a dinan chip Bilstein Sport Shocks and H&R Sport Shocks right now i have 16" wheels with Yokohama AVS ES100s and was think about getting some Kumho VictoRacers on my 15" stock rims but then i would have to run in B Stock

which class would i be most competitive

Doesn't the chip bump you out of B stock?

edit: Did you mean H&R springs? Those too would kick you out of stock.

i thought i was still in stock, so now if i get tires i will be in CSP
