Best Insurance for a track car?

I'm about to pick up an e30 325is as a track/project car. The only time I'd ever drive it on the street is to get to/from autoX/track days, and maybe for an ocassional test drive.
I know some insurance compaines have a plan for 'recreational' vehicles. Are there any that have something better?

I don't know what your budget is for the project and also what your daily driver is, but you might want to consider getting a trailer, or renting one from U Haul. Its your best bet on keeping you and your car out of trouble on the streets patrolled by our ever so friendly cops. In the long run a trailer would be cheaper than insurance. Insurance wise, I have no clue who has better rates and what not.
