| i like the kahn design rims: pay no attention to the poor color quality.. just look at the rims |

| Centreline RPM's are fairly light 18's @ 14.4lbs when comparedto the 17" S-lites which are over 22 from memory i kinda like the black pearl lookin ones.. they'd be my choice if i ever get around to changin them have a look here |

| Jon, I am getting the OZ Superleggeras. They will be 18". Still, everyday I consider changing my order -- to 16". While the 18" OZs weigh considerably less than the S-Lites that I currently run (16.5 lbs. vs. 25 lbs., respectively), I know that I am compromising. I am reducing unsprung weight overall (versus the 17" S-Lite tire combo I currently run), but I know I could reduce it even more if I just went with smaller rims. Anyhow, the conclusion that I've come to is this: when it comes to the lightweight 18" wheels on the market, there isn't much difference in weight, but there's a big difference in appearance and price. After considerable thought, I decided that the OZs provided the best balance for me. They are light, strong, well-priced, and good looking. I figure that by going with the 18" wheels, though, I am leaving some additional HP on the table. Still, I know that I will be picking up some HP by going to this setup vs. my current stock setup. Take care, Jon.

| SSR GT3? This particular wheels only comes in 5 lugs. Are you sure its the SSR GT3s? or maybe just the ssr comps?

| And as an addendum to my earlier post, I decided to go with 17s instead of 18s. And I decided to go with a different wheel altogether. Jon, are you going to try and find a BBS wheel? I know how much you love the BBS stuff. BBS makes great stuff. And is it possible, getting back on topic, that we are talking SSR GT1s? I don't believe the SSR GT3 is available for the MINI. Take care.
