Hey guys im lookin into buying a mini now thanks to motorsports-3 and a friend at school thats got one...i really like the fact that you can buy a car with plenty of options that is unique and brand new for 26,000... i mean obviously there is a lot of aftermarket stuff but for a while ill be paying off bills, but it comes with plenty of power to last a while...Christmas and birthday ill get stuff...speaking of which what other manufacturers are there other than works...and are there any others that dont void the warranty? Thanks i look forward to gettin a mini

well i really like alta stuff, i dont know of any manufacture other than john cooper works stuff that doesnt void warrenty. what the trend has been is the dealer its self. different dealers do different things. but alta, and miltech is the way to go.

dinan doesnt void the warranty either.

But i would just go aftermarket. Chances are the dealer wont deny your warranty anyways. It has to be proven that your aftermarket part is responsible before they can deny warranty claims

well i dont know of dinan, i know with bmw's its ok, but talking to my sa, any aftermarket other than jcw, will void it by mini usa standards, but like i said some dealers wont do it.

i have an '02 MCS- m7 splitter, m7 scoop, m7 OCC (not installed yet), roll bar, Eibach front & rear sway bars, MM strut brace, Eibach pro kit, B&M SS, K&N CAI, custom 3" exhaust w/ tanabe muffler, GMW 17%, GIAC, front & rear slotted rotors.
