I don't have a problem with the payments, it is a tight car though. I will get the scratch fixed in the spring. (some asshole tried to break into my car)
Well I'm not sure if I will send the car down the road, but there is always a chance I'll get something else, time will tell.

well the 15% should bring it from 10 psi to 15psi. As far as how much horse power it will give you varies on what other mods you already have done.

a 17% pulley sounds fine for someone who drives like me, I only 'get on it' for a few seconds once or twice per drive, and only floor it once in a while. I guess if you are going to be driving the crap out of it, or competing on road tracks I should say, use a 15%. I may be owning one of these after my car is finally paid off in some months..
