hey all, I dont know much about cars except that i think the mini is adorable and i want one! I see alot of them here in Australia, but I havent seen any in the USA. Can you all post pics of you minis? I want to see what they look like!!

Approximately how much do these little guys cost??

OMG i love it!! i think i like the bonnet stripes. I am suprised how much i really like the red color - it's beautiful. I see u have the checked top - i want an American flag - LOL

My stripes are actually custom done, because i didnt like the placement of the OEM ones...thanks for the compliments

I am, personally, not too fond of the bonnet stripes or fancy roofs and "to each his own", but I prefer the simple look of plain colors and nice curves with body color roof. My newest favorite color scheme is the BRG (British Racing Green for those of you not in "the know") with body color roof with interior consisting of Cordoba Beige leather with the black contrast. I think it a nice classic look that should attract the ladies. Because it is cute after all and not masculine, so why not use the cuteness and kill two birds with one stone. Perhaps that wasn't the best way to sum up my thoughts, but such is life! My life, rather. Oh yeah, nice pictures and I never tire of the lines and curves!

Where I am, the MSRP for a Cooper is $16499 and a Cooper S is $19899. There are way too many options available to stick with the plain one, though! You can build your own at miniusa.com

hmmmm....i love the racing green - so it proves girls like it (hehe). When i was looking at the colors I really like the silver and the racing green the best. Dado likes the black, but black gets so dirty. I totally agree that the green would look GREAT with the beige interior.

I am not sure how i feel about the bonnet stripes. I say I don't like them, but then when i see them on a car, I think it looks great. I don't know if the bonnet stripes are my style. I think the American flag roof is WAY f*cking cool, but I would never get it. It reminds me of Austin Powers. LOL!

Well, here is the boot of mine, at least. I have yet to get around to taking any real pictures of it...you know, clean and all. I would also like to take this time to voice one of my (very few) annoyances with my Cooper. All of the dirt collects in the back end like nobodies business. The sides keep fairly clean and the bonnet will get dirty, but not nearly as bad. So, here is an example of said problem with just a dash of laziness on my part.

How do you like the plates? Yay or nay? Most people that ask me about it do so because they don't realize that BMW owns Mini. I'm not sure I want to keep them anymore actually.

That's ok though! I, personally, am not a huge fan of personalised plates, but's it not too bad.
