Just wanted to know if it is possible to install a M62 supercharger in a cooper s? Or will it take alot more work then it's worth?

it'll prolly take a lot more work than its worth, just get the works kit

The jcw kit is ok but still not enough, I might just have to get an 98 M3 with Dinan supercharger, chip, and exhaust.

As much as I love my mini, (which I do!) that doesn't sound like a bad idea. My love for BMW is just as strong, if not stronger, than for my mini (perhaps it strengthens it). I say this because I can easily tell you that I would trade my mini for an E46 M3! That's saying a lot too. Although, maybe not because it wouldn't be an unfair trade on my part in the least.
