Hid conversion and passing inspection?

Im thinking of doing an HID conversion on my 98 m3, but was wondering if i would pass inspection up in Northern Virginia. Anybody else had a problem in virginia, or know of a good shop to pass inspection.......EstCstM3

Just do it after inspection. Keep your USDM headlights as well.
