buying a car in PA

hey guys, whats up? looks like ill be finally picking up my M3 next thursday but i have a few questions about what happens when i go to the notary.

first is taxes, we all know we arent going to tell the notary how much we actually paid for the car but question is. are they able to come back and look into the bank account of the person ur giving the money to?

also since the title of my E30 is in my dad's name does that mean he has to be there when my friend buys it off me? because we both have different schedules. i get out of work later than he usually does or vice versa. but if hes needed there im sure i can make arrangements.

also what about plates? how much is the fee if i transfer my plate on the new car?

thats about it for now. within 1 week ill have an M finally. im pretty excited. i wanted one since i was 16 years old. and i will try and get pics up as soon as i can.
