| E39 M5 spoiler on E36 i dont know if this has been done yet, but we figured this out at work. it fits perfectly.. and i mean PERFECTLY.. its like it was made for an E36 car! length width arch veritically and horizontally fit absolutetly perfectly. Real classy looking, but not M wannabe. Wondering if anybodys done this before.. woudl boost our egos alot if we are the first! =) really simple to install, no brainer, just paint it and slap it on also, i dont know if this will work on 2 door models, we did it on the 4 door.    ------------------------ Installed by Lose2abmw  Installed on ubslamin

| Looks nice. Although it has been done before. CMT among others has one also...very clean looking. I believe there was a group buy on this 6 mos ago. Here's my pic as well.

| do you know if the E46 m3 lip spoiler will fit? cause ebay has them for cheap rite now. and for those of you who want an alternative, look no more .

| Just call up one of the dealers that advertises mail order discounts in the Roundel, and get the mail order price. I'll check with Pacific BMW tomorrow. . . usually around 25% off list.

 Attention! Yeah the prices will vary. We are techs at the dealership so we get a good price. The E39 M5 spoiler was about 100.00 for us. It will fit the E36 coupe, sedan, and convertible. The E46 M3 spoiler will not fit as it is too short by about 4 inches. The M3 spoiler costs us about 85.00. The roundel discounts are the best I have seen for BMW dealership parts. Peter

| Doh! Oh sorry I forgot. While ordering the spoiler dont forget to get the double sided tape. It is listed right next to the spoiler picture in the BMW parts catalogue. It has been cut to fit the spoiler perfectly and save time and aggrevation. Only costs like 5.00. Peter
