| Does anyone know how to make an automatic e39 shift knob fit on an e34, i have the shift knob already but i cant figure out what i need to buy to make it fit. Someone please help!!!! thanks email me at dg51b@hotmail.com, or just respond. |

| you need to buy a few other parts. you can find the part numbers here: http://www.circlebmw.com/parts/knob/knob-c.htm basically, you have to replace the whole shaft. to do this, you must pretty much take apart the entire shifter assembly. if you can sit there and look at it, you should be able to figure it out. that's what i did, look at it, started taking apart things, and some how i got the old one off and the new one on. don't know what the steps are, i just did it. good luck! |
