440hp/400lb-ft, but with a little boring and stroking I could get well into the 500hp/475lb-ft range.

Is that true if you have the throwing stars going the wrong way, you can cause serious problems? My dad has an E34 M5 with the throwing stars and he met a guy in Seattle that had all of his throwing stars backwards. I don't get how it's mess the wheel up by putting on the wheel backwards.

Nah, it just looks stupid. The throwing stars are supposed to duct air to cool the brakes when properly positioned, but it probably does nothing in reality. The guys wheels were probably replica throwing stars.
