cost of addin hamman add on kit to 5 series?

does anybody know the cost of painting and installing the hamman add on kit to a e39 in the md/va/dc area?

The kit i am talking about is the following

I wouldn't even consider that kit, it's a cheap knockoff. Fitment will be bad and it's fiberglass so it will break easily (ask me how I know).

look it says its made of "high quality fiber glass"

isnt that like an oxy moron (sp this oxymoron word is too much for my iq so excuse the spelling.. the hukt on foneics did not work for me)

I got a fiberglass splitter from racing dynamics....it broke it the mail and it wouldn't fit (it was an inch too short) The fiberglass felt so brittle I think a medium sized rock would break it....
