E28 content.. Venting about radio install..

Ok so this is just a venting rant right now but i will follow up with pics tomorrow..
F the shop that installed this stupid Eclipse head unit. They hacked the wiring harness so an eclipse head unit would work. Absolute horror show. Wood screws and sheet metal screws and odd sized mm head screws.. like one side is 8mm the other is 7mm. It is unbelievable how shitty shops are. Its ok though, hopefully i can get the electrical sorted out right there. Tonight all i could do before i was eaten alive by mosquitoes was take the lower half of the dash out. Even the panels for the lights are on their way out. .. I feel so bad for this car.

The car always finds the owner, i guess this car knew i would try to do right by it. I have a CD43 OEM BMW E36 cd changer waiting in the wings for it.

Bad but working in a shop I have seen much much worse. They went directly to the speakers in order to get past the common ground front speakers. and it looks like the fader control as well. I can't remember does that car have separates in the front, from the wires it looks like it does.

I have no clue, i am the wrong guy for electrical. However we have to learn sometime right ?
