| Okay so I just checked the fluid and it has zero checked the hoses and they look good no leaks there, the part I put up top the metal part is scraped up real bad and i see oil coming from there I took pix can u tell me or anyone else viewing the post if thats a ez and cheap fix or is it expensive? and if its the same as the part I posted up..? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| These are power steering fluid hoses. They will need replacing, and once that's done, you will need to refill your power steering pump reservoir, then turn the car on and turn the steering wheel a few times from lock to lock then check the level again. These hoses will be incredibly expensive from the BMW stealers, but a lot cheaper from anywhere like Napa or Advance Auto Parts. |

| not usually - I haven't taken these very ones off before, but usually they just unbolt. The only connections I've seen that sometime require special tools are the fuel lines. |
