e34 king spring lowered, new pics!

Hey guy's, they are super low king springs in the front and just low's in the rear, I'm not quite sure if I'm happy with the rear but i will see how it goes, tell me what you think! Cheers everyone

Yeah mate i live in East Vic, and yepp they are annoying haha, its got me stopped from a lot of thinks id like to do, im not aloud to do ANYTHING to the engine to increase its performance, it goes ok as it is im happy with it being a manual witch is great! but would be nice to do some little things to it "legally" altho i might do some things that dont look to drastic eg. MAF, spark, injectors

Yeah I was lucky, got my P's before July 07, not restricted on modifications, allowed to drive turbo's S/C's V8's, I'm under the Kilowatts per tonne restriction, I think it's 125kw per tonne or an engine capacity of 3.5L per tonne, which is pretty reasonable, but for red P Platers, it's like you're almost stuck with Daihatsu's or Kia's

Yeah i reckon, tell me about it! haha but im not 100% sure but its about on the boundary for what P platers can drive power wise i also believe its 125kw per tone(restriction), but yeah i love driving it, just upgraded the stereo so she sounds great haha

Hello, first post - sorry for the hijack!?

The shocks and springs in my e34 540 are absolutely knackered so i was wondering how these ride?

Also off topic slightly but do e39 shocks and springs fit into a e34? Found myself a good deal on a good set front and rear for a e39 but im not sure if they will fit?

Hey dude, umm as far as he springs ride i dont have an issue although just installed lower springs in the rear, 55-60 mm drop but i know i defiantly need suspension, the ride is rather horrible, but i will be getting most likely bilstein front and rear struts, from what i have been told with and e34 if you lower it you will need shocks designed for a lowered applications, eg. Bilstein sports

Good luck with that, Bilstein shocks are expensive, I just got some standard sports ones, paid over a grand for just the front end with springs, rear is stock shocks with 8cm off springs because I'm too cheap to pay for the whole lot in one go :P

yeah your right mate there defiantly not the cheap option, but ill see what i can do. also mate sorry to head off topic, but your 3 series looks really nice, how well do they go?
